Your horses are very nicely done. I've really seen a great improvement in your shading techniques in digital art since I started watching you.
The lovely cherry tree blowing in the wind really helped portray this intimate moment. Also, blurring the background really brought the two into focus as the center of the drawing.

Based on my own personal interpretation of the quote in your comment, I'm not feeling enough impact from the two horses.
"I gotta know, would you go with me?" -With this message in mind, I would suggest a more questioning, curious, or even a pleading expression on one of their faces.

Overall though, this is a well done piece of art. I can tell you put a lot of work and love into creating it.
